Historical data for Twitch authenticated and non-authenticated Twitch accounts is only available in the Influence platform. At this time, it is not possible to connect a Twitch channel to the Social Media Management platform.
Note: Depending on how much historical data you have, backfilling it may take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours. If it's been over 24 hours and you're still missing the data below, please don't hesitate to contact Support.
Backfilling influencer Twitch accounts in Influence
After you connect an influencer's Twitch account to Influence, we will automatically backfill the following historical data:
Authenticated accounts: All available data from the past 30 days.
Non-authenticated accounts: All available data from the 30 days.
