Benchmark

AI-powered 'Outliers' detector

Introducing "Outliers," an AI-powered feature in the Content Feed. It identifies exceptionally well-performing posts—yours or competitors'—using an anomaly detection algorithm to flag deviations in likes, shares, comments, or impressions.

Outliers help you quickly spot top-performing posts, uncover hidden patterns, and fine-tune social strategies. By focusing on what resonates most with your audience, it allows for data- driven improvements in content performance.

Updates to Sentiment, Average Response Time and Benchmark API

Introducing updates to some of the key features in Benchmark.

  • Sentiment and Average Response Time are now available in Content Cards, CSV exports and Benchmark API.
  • Single brand analysis view is now available in the PPT reports. When you export the reports, you will see slides and charts focusing on the single brand overview, allowing you to report on the activity of a single competitor.
  • Benchmark API is updated to incorporate the new metrics and some improvements.

These updates will provide deeper insights from our metrics, improve competitor tracking reports, and allow you to integrate a wider range of metrics into your in-house tools.


Measure

Dashboard Collaboration Improvements (Session Expiry)

We have introduced a session expiry for dashboards with multiple editors. When you edit dashboards in teams, your session will automatically expire if a dashboard editing session remains inactive for 10 minutes. To help you remember to save your changes, or extend the editing session, we have added a 2 minute countdown notice, so you can ensure that no important changes get lost.

We have also enabled real-time notifications when you are waiting to edit a dashboard, so you can jump right in, as soon as your colleague exits edit mode.

These improvements are aimed at making dashboard collaboration smoother and more efficient for you and your teams.

Simplified TikTok Order Creation process for Influence campaigns

You can now track TikTok influencers in the Campaigns module more easily, as creating and sharing campaigns order is now simpler:

  • Bulk Create Orders for all influencers: Easily select multiple influencers and generate a single order for them all.
  • Create a Single Order for one influencer: Ideal for when deliverables are specific, such as 10 videos or Spark Ads.
  • Share Campaign Details Effortlessly: Once an order is created, you can now copy a single invitation link or campaign code to share with all influencers in the order—no more copying individual links for each influencer.
  • Manage Links with Flexibility: You can deactivate the shared link if needed, with a clear alert on the consequences in the checkbox.

Previously, you had to create individual orders and send them separately to each influencer participating in your campaign. Now, with the new bulk option, you can quickly share campaign tracking details with all your influencers at once, saving you time and effort..

New TikTok Metrics in CRM

You can now explore new TikTok metrics in CRM and better analyze influencers. The new metrics include: Topics, Follower Growth Rate, Engagement Rate (with Benchmark), Completion Rate (with Benchmark). Explore the full list of metrics here.
