Publish

Cross-Network Publishing (Beta)

What is it?
You can now create, customize, and publish content across supported social networks from a single workflow. Instead of creating posts separately for each network, your team can manage content for multiple channels in one place.

Key things to know:

  • Create content for multiple social networks at once.

  • Customize individual posts for each platform.

  • Schedule and publish content across channels from one workflow.

Why it matters:
Spend less time on repetitive publishing tasks while keeping your brand presence consistent across channels. A unified workflow makes it faster and easier for your team to move from content creation to publishing.

Engage

Improved Sentiment Analysis

What is it?
We’ve improved sentiment analysis in Engage with our latest AI model. You can now get more reliable positive, negative, and neutral sentiment detection, with improved performance across languages.

Why it matters:
Understand conversations at a glance, filter and prioritize customer messages with less manual review, and focus on the conversations that need your attention first.

Measure

Instagram Collaboration posts in Measure

What is it?
You can now get a more complete view of Instagram Collab posts in Measure, including eligible posts created by another account where your connected account participated as a collaborator. Use the new Collab Type filter to separate creator, collaborator, and standard Instagram posts.

Why it matters:
Instagram collaborations are an important part of content performance. With greater visibility into Collab posts, you can more easily identify, filter, and analyze collaborative content for a more complete view of your Instagram performance.

More Context for Content-Level Metrics

What is it?
You can now get clearer, network-specific metric descriptions in Measure’s new Content widgets. See where data may differ in native platform analytics compared to Measure and get more context on differences, limitations and delays. Access these descriptions directly when working with metrics.

Why it matters:
Social networks don’t always define metrics in the same way. With clearer network-specific descriptions, you can better understand the data you’re analyzing and interpret performance with greater confidence.

Integrations

Power BI Integration

What is it?
You can now connect Social Media Management with Power BI to bring your Publish and Measure data into your reporting workflows. Set up the integration in SMM, choose the channels and metrics you want to export, and connect your data to Power BI.

Key things to know:

  • Export both Publish and Measure data to Power BI.

  • Choose up to 40 Publish and 40 Measure metrics across up to 60 connected channels.

Why it matters:
You can bring social media data into Power BI alongside other business data, making it easier to incorporate Publish and Measure performance into your broader reporting and analysis.

Expanded Tableau integration

What is it?
You can now bring channel and content performance data from SMM into Tableau, making it easier to build your own reports, dashboards, and analyses using your social media data.

Key things to know:

  • Connect up to 60 SMM channels to Tableau.

  • Select up to 40 channel metrics and 40 content metrics.

Why it matters:
You can bring your SMM data into the BI tools you already use, giving you more flexibility to analyze social media performance alongside your broader reporting.

Improved Automated Case Creation

What is it?
You can now control when automations create a new case for the same customer. Choose to only allow a new case once the customer’s previous case has been closed.

Key things to know:

  • Prevent multiple open cases from being created for the same customer.

  • If the latest case is still open, the automation won’t create another one.

  • Once the previous case is closed, a new case can be created the next time the automation is triggered.

Why it matters:
Get more control over automated case creation and keep case management organized. Agents can focus on the existing case instead of receiving additional cases for the same customer while it’s still being handled.
