Engage Label Performance Widget

Updated yesterday

The Engage Label Performance widget analyzes and groups Engage messages based on the labels applied to them. If your team utilizes a strong labeling strategy for incoming messages in Engage, the Engage Label Performance widget will be valuable in helping you analyze the performance of your labeled messages and see your choice of metrics for them, such as volume, sentiment, and more.

To add the Engage Label Performance widget to your dashboard, select Engage metrics when adding a widget, then choose Label performance.

Tip: By default, the Engage Label Performance widget is included in the Customer Engagement Dashboard Template with the Incoming volume by label and Incoming sentiment by label views.

You can customize the Engage Label Performance widget to view any supported Engage message type (e.g. all incoming messages, direct messages, fan posts, comments, reviews, and mentions), by type or sentiment, to analyze the performance of messages with labels applied.

Note: The widget displays all labels used during the selected period, with no limitation on the number of labels, unlike the current Engage Labels report.

Use the Filter option in the top-right corner of the widget to filter messages that include or exclude certain labels.
