Label Reporting for Engage Content
The Label performance widget is a content widget that shows the lifetime performance of content pieces you have labeled. We have expanded support of this widget for Engage content, enabling you to report and track the volume and sentiment of your labelled incoming messages.
By analyzing labelled Engage content, you can see:
Which conversation themes your customers respond to the most
Where volume is increasing or dropping
How sentiment differs by topic (and where things might need attention)
This feature turns labelled conversations into clear, reportable insights. By analyzing labelled messages, you can measure both the volume and sentiment of key conversation topics. This gives you a structured view of what’s driving social media engagement, so you can clearly see where to focus and how to improve your engagement strategy.
Deploy Automated labelling in Engage, to get the most out of this feature.

Engage
Smarter Message Handling
Engage introduced smarter message handling with improvements that make it easier to navigate, manage, and act on conversations. Feed creation and filtering are now more intuitive, with quicker access to commonly used filters and cleaner, collapsible settings.
Assigning messages is now more flexible, where conversations can be routed directly to specific teams or individuals. We also added assign and label actions to the top level of public conversations.
Bulk actions now support faster moderation at scale. Direct message conversations can be assigned, marked as spam, updated for sentiment, or marked as read in bulk, and public conversations now support bulk assignment.
Feed search has also been significantly improved, enabling searches by mentions, hashtags, exact text matches, questions, and even single characters or emojis for faster, more precise discovery.
