Bulk actions in Engage give you the power to streamline your team actions and apply bulk action, like mark as read/unread, labeling, and assignment to many messages at once. In this article, learn what bulk actions are available how to apply bulk actions in Engage feed items.
Applying bulk actions
In Engage, it’s possible select items in bulk and apply bulk actions to feed items, items in the Detail View, and filtered matches.
Use the check boxes on the left-hand side of each message to select multiple messages you would like to moderate.
Note: When bulk selection is active, individual message actions and refresh buttons are disabled to ensure that you complete and don't lose your bulk selection.
As you select messages, a floating toolbar will appear at the bottom of your screen. The menu will display how many messages in your feed you have currently selected.
Different bulk actions are available for conversation-level feeds and message-level feeds:
