Have a look at the latest product updates we released in October 2022.
Choose thumbnails for Instagram Reels and Carousels
Now you have more control over how your Instagram posts look. When creating an Instagram Reel, you can select one of the 10 available video frames. Same for Instagram Carousel posts - you can choose one of the 10 available frames for each video of the Carousel post.
Improvement to Facebook tags
Before, when you wanted to tag (@) a Facebook page on a post, you could see only 10 results in the drop down menu. Now you can scroll, load many more results, and easily find the right page to tag.
Up to 1 year Google Business Review Data
You can now pull in data from a year back for your Google Business Profile reviews - this will help you get a broader historical context when addressing your reviews.
Track comments in YouTube Shorts
YouTube Shorts are now fully supported in Engage: Shorts videos and comments will show in your Feeds.
Promote your Recurring Notifications with Ads
We released an important addition to our feature Recurring Notifications (a powerful Meta tool to send newsletters via Messenger). While before it was only possible to invite users to sign up to Notifications through active Messenger conversations, now you will be able to promote Notifications with ads in Advertise. By reaching a broader audience and targeting specific segments you will be able to get even more subscribers! Check out this video to understand how the feature works.
New Measure API: more networks and more metrics!
A new improved version of our Measure API is now available. It includes support for 3 more networks (Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn on top of Facebook and Instagram) and provides access to all the metrics from Measure dashboards (except paid metrics). This new version will enable you to sync a larger amount of data with your analytics tools and build more advanced analysis and reporting of social data. Here you can find the new API specifics.
New Settings Page for Campaigns
This page was previously available within the Campaigns product - you can now find it in the main Settings page instead. This way you can manage your company-level settings all from one central place. Read more in Influence Help Center.
