Once you have been successfully registered signed up as a new user, you will have several login methods available including a password, Social Login, Single Sign-On (SSO), and the added protection of two-factor authentication.
In this article, find out more about the different login methods, how to get set up, and how to get logged in successfully.
Note:
This article describes the different login methods available to successfully registered users. To find out more about getting registered for the first time, please visit our article on Getting Signed Up as a New User.
What login methods are available?
The following login options are available:
- Password
- Social Login (Google, Facebook, X (Twitter), or LinkedIn)
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
Is two-factor authentication (2FA) available?
Yes - In addition to the above, it is also possible to require Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) when logging in using either your password or social login. All users can voluntarily set up 2FA, though your organization may also decide that it is a requirement for all users. You can find out more about 2FA and how to get set up in our Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) article. If you have already set up Single Sign-On (SSO), 2FA will not be required when logging in.
Is social login required?
Social Login is voluntary. When you log in, you can set it up by following the steps in our Social Login article. Going forward, you will have the option to log in via Social Login, but you can always choose to use your password instead.
Is single sign-on (SSO) required?
If Single Sign-On (SSO) has been implemented by your organization, it will be required that all users are authenticated this way, though exceptions can be made for external stakeholders in your organization. More information can be found in our Single Sign-On (SSO) article.

Alternatively, instead of signing in through Social Login, you can click Or use your password to log in. If selected, you will be prompted to enter your password as described above.
If you have already set up 2FA, you will be required to complete 2FA verification on your mobile device before being directed to the Home screen.

However, exceptions can be made if, for example, external stakeholders do not utilize the same IdP as the rest of the organization.
