Publish

Tag Users in X Images

You can now tag an unlimited number of X (Twitter) users in images and multi-image posts directly within Publish. Tags will be applied to the entire post rather than specific areas of the image, making it easier to mention influencers and relevant accounts.

Tagging influencers and experts on X directly from Brandwatch helps you boost engagement while streamlining your workflow.

Label Groups Governance

The team-based access control for label groups, introduced in Autumn 2024, is now fully reflected across:

  • Filters across all Social Media Management products
  • Campaigns in Publish
  • Labels management in Engage and Measure

This update provides greater control over who in your organization can access and edit label groups, minimizing errors and improving team collaboration.

Measure

New UI for Channel vs. Content metrics

We’ve introduced a new UI for selecting widgets in dashboards. While this update does not change functionality, it improves the platform experience by clearly distinguishing between widgets that support Channel or Content metrics. We’ve also added color-coded tags (green for Channel, blue for Content) that you can hover over for explanations.

This update makes it easier to select the correct widgets, saving you time and improving clarity when analyzing performance.

Engage

Case Management for Public Content

You can now create customer care cases in Engage from publicly available content including comments, brand @mentions in posts, and reviews. 

This feature enables you to provide support across more touch points and allows for a more proactive approach to customer service on social media.

Benchmark

Schedule Reports for Outliers and Queries

You can now schedule reports to be sent via email on a regular cadence for Queries and Outliers. Reports can be sent to other users and teams with Benchmark access and will be available for direct download in the email for 30 days after generation.

These new scheduling options save you time and help you monitor competitor activities effortlessly. In turn, this enables faster responses to industry trends and competitor initiatives.

Influence

Centralized Messaging Module

The new Messaging module in Influence centralizes your influencer communication, allowing for more efficient management of outreach and collaborations. 

  • Mass Emailing for Efficiency: Reach multiple influencers simultaneously, streamlining outreach and other communications. 
  • Customizable Templates: Save time and ensure consistency with reusable message templates.
  • Centralized Conversation History: View all company-wide conversations with influencers in one place.
  • Interactive Notifications: Reply to messages directly from email notifications while keeping responses centralized in Influence.

Please note: This feature is available for users with access to Influence CRM Module.

This update improves efficiency and ensures seamless communication with influencers, helping you build stronger partnerships.
