Pinterest is now live in Publish [Beta], enable you to:

  • Create Pins with ease: You can now create image, video, and carousel pins straight from Publish.
  • Manage your boards seamlessly: Choose an existing board to publish a pin or create a new one. The same flexibility applies to organising pins into Board sections.
  • Leverage all Publish features: Pinterest support comes with the full suite of Publish features, designed to enhance your experience. From Content Pool, to Iris writing assistant and labels.

Pinterest is a critical platform for industries like E-commerce, Retail, Fashion, Food & Drinks, and Travel & Hospitality. With this integration, you can manage your Pinterest publishing entirely in Publish in a more structured and strategic way - alongside the rest of your social media networks.

This update further supports more content formats to be published straight from Brandwatch, reducing the need for you to switch between platforms.

Team-based Access to Label Groups

We have introduced team-based access control for label groups, that enable you to set up an access level. Each label group can be set to be accessed by:

  • All users

  • Admins only

  • Specific teams

In the new Publish editor you will be able to edit the labels for the label groups, that you have access to. If a post already contains labels from groups, you do not have access to, these labels will appear as ‘read only’. The same applies to the Content Pool, when you create or edit stocks.

This update provides greater control over who in your organization can access and edit label groups, helping minimize errors and improve collaboration across teams.

Engage

HubSpot Integration

HubSpot integration is now live in Engage, enabling you to create HubSpot tickets from private and public messages in Engage. With this integration, you can also create contacts in HubSpot. Once created, contacts and tickets will sync in real-time between Engage and HubSpot, ensuring agents have complete information and conversation history.

Please note: This integration can be activated by Admins in Social Media Management settings and it is available to clients with Pro and Premium packages at no extra cost.

This integration supports all networks available in Engage, and it allows you to better collaborate with your customer service team working in HubSpot.

Improved Automation Rules and Automated Spam Handling

We’ve added several improvements in Engage’s Automation rules:

  • New automation actions:
    • 'hide on network’
    • ‘mark as spam’
    • ‘mark as read’
  • Add multiple actions to a single automation rule (e.g., hide on the network AND mark the as read).
  • New spam filters in feed setup and detail view of posts.

Multiple actions in one rule allow you to better customize your automations, while automated spam handling saves you time and keeps your feeds clutter-free.

Advertise

Auto-boost Rules; Activity Log and Rule Deletion

We’ve added a few new features to the Auto-boost rules. Included in this release is:

  • The Activity Log that offers an overview of each rule's activity, indicating whether the auto-boost was successful or unsuccessful, along with a link to the relevant post in both Publish and its native platform.
  • Option to Delete Auto-boost rules. Please note: deleting a rule does NOT delete or stop the ads that are already created by that rule and they will continue running unless paused.

Automatically boosting posts can be powerful, but it can also come with risks if you do not have the full visibility and clarity into the actions the Auto-boost rules trigger. This update puts you in control, providing greater transparency to help you monitor, troubleshoot, and avoid overspending.
