Social Media Management’s integration with Bynder allows you to search for assets from your organization’s Bynder account and upload them to Publish to create quality, on-brand social content. What is Bynder?

By connecting Bynder to Brandwatch Social Media Management, you can seamlessly search for and utilize Bynder assets directly within your social post creation process, while also effortlessly adding them to Brandwatch Content Pool.

This means your entire social media team has access to a wealth of creatives while scheduling and creating posts, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all channels.

Connecting and using Bynder in Publish

After Brandwatch has enabled Bynder for your organization, you can quickly and easily connect and authenticate your Bynder account when in Publish, either when creating a post or adding stock assets to the Content Pool.

Using Bynder during post creation

1. When creating a post in Publish, hover over the + Add media files box, and select Bynder.
2. The following window will prompt you to enter your Bynder brand portal domain. Enter your domain and click Connect to continue. Enter your Bynder login in the authentication window.

3. After you have authenticated with Bynder, you will see your Bynder assets available to select from. Select an asset to use for your post.

   Warning:

   Warning: Assets must be marked as “Public” in Bynder in order for the integration to import your assets into the Content Pool.

4. Back in the Publish post editor, you will see your media asset in the post preview.

Using Bynder with the Content Pool

1. From the Content Pool in Publish, click Create Stock in the top-right corner and select Multiple or Single.
2. In the Create Stock pop-up window, hover over the + Add media files box, and select Bynder.
3. The following window will prompt you to enter your Bynder brand portal domain. Enter your domain and click Connect to continue. Enter your Bynder login in the authentication window.
4. Once you have connected your account, you will see your Bynder assets to select and add to the Content Pool.
