Message Level Feeds
Message Feeds is a new option in the feed setup to view and manage content at the individual message level, such as comments, replies, and public messages in your feed. Message feeds display the individual messages matching the selected filters in your feed. Conversation feeds continue to work as before. Unlike conversation feeds, that groups messages under a top-level post, message feeds surface each message as its own feed item. This gives you more flexibility to choose how different types of content fit into your workflow. Additionally, this release included multiple improvements in the the feed set-up and filters, enabling you to get much more granular with what content is included in your feeds. The Feed builder also has a new layout, with Feed settings now displayed alongside Feed filters.

Data Exporter (Pre-Release): Export Channel Metrics to Tableau
We’ve launched a pre-release of Data Exporter, enabling organizations to export channel-level Social Media metrics from Brandwatch into BI tools such as Tableau.
After setting up the Tableau connection in Brandwatch Marketplace, you can select up to 60 channels and 40 channel metrics to export. Data is made available through a secure API endpoint and refreshes automatically every 12 hours.
This pre-release currently supports channel metrics only. Content metrics are in development and planned for release soon.
This pre-release enables teams to start using channel-level social media data outside of Brandwatch, making it easier to:
Integrate Brandwatch metrics into existing BI workflows
Combine social media data with other business data sources
Build custom dashboards and reporting in Tableau

Get a more complete and reliable understanding of how your brand is being discussed across LinkedIn with Brand @mentions tracking. When your audience tags your organization handle in posts or comments, you can monitor those conversations across owned and non-owned pages, unlocking valuable third-party insights.

TikTok Brand Hashtag Tracking
Track up to 50 verified brand hashtags per TikTok Business Account, making it easier to monitor branded campaign performance at scale. Once a hashtag is tracked, we’ll retrieve up to 1,000 eligible public posts from the last 90 days published by TikTok Business Accounts, including one or more verified brand hashtags in the caption and meeting TikTok’s age-eligibility requirements. If more than 1,000 posts qualify, the top 1,000 posts by likes will be returned. These limitations are defined and enforced by TikTok.
