Not Receiving Emails from Social Media Management?

If you suspect that you’re not receiving Social Media Management emails, we suggest the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Go to the spam folder in your email application. If you find our emails there, remove the spam status from them.

  • Search your email tool for mail from [email protected].

  • In rare cases, a company firewall can prevent emails from arriving in your inbox. Check with your IT department if that could be the case, and ask if they can greenlight mails coming from [email protected].
