Engage
New Network: Threads
We’re excited to introduce Threads support in Engage, enabling you to stay on top of conversations happening across one of today’s fastest-growing social platforms. This update helps brands manage community interactions, spot engagement opportunities, and respond faster, all from the unified Engage inbox you already know.
Once your Threads account is connected to Social Media Management, you can view and manage:
- Your channel’s posts
- Your posts’ comments and comment replies (threaded comments)
- Public posts and comments where your Threads account was @ mentioned
Due to API limitations, some content and actions aren’t supported. This includes DMs, private account comments, likes, hide/unhide, delete, and media uploads.
Why it matters: With this release, you can bring Threads into your daily workflow and manage it with the same efficiency as your other social channels.

Measure
Replacing Facebook Impressions with Views
Following Meta’s changes of metrics' definitions, we’ve replaced the Facebook Impressions with the new Views metrics to align with Meta’s updates. This update has an impact on your reporting.
What’s changing:
- New Facebook Views metrics (including Organic, Paid, Follower, and Non-follower) will now appear across dashboards.
- Impressions metrics will be deprecated and replaced with Views. The values of your metrics, including Engagement Rate and Frequency, may be affected by this change.
- Followers by Country will replace the old Fans/Page Likes by Country metric.
Why it matters: These updates ensure more consistent reporting across networks.

Update All Widgets in One Go with Dashboard Filters
We’ve introduced new dashboard filters, enabling you to apply filters across all eligible widgets in one go. This helps you get a consistent view of your data and saves you time configuring your widgets.
- Apply global filters for content and Engage widgets in one click
- Save time and reduce repetitive configuration
- Quickly switch between filtered views without editing each widget
