Viewing Threads Content in Engage

In Engage, you can create feeds to view posts and comments from your owned Threads accounts. In this article, learn how you can interact with Threads content in Engage and how to set up a feed to monitor your mentions.

What Threads content can I see in Engage?

From the moment you have successfully connected your Threads channel to Social Media Management, you will be able to view the following content for your owned channels in Engage:

  • Your channel’s posts
  • Your posts’ comments and comment replies (threaded comments)
  • Public posts and comments where your Threads account was @ mentioned

Note:

Please be aware that the following threads content is not currently available to view in Engage due to API limitations:

  • Direct messages (DMs)
  • Ghost posts
  • Comments from private Threads channels

Additionally, while we support posts and mentions, the following post attachments will not show in Engage:

  • Location tags
  • Polls
  • Longer text attachments (As long as a message contains regular text, Engage will show it, but without the attachments.)
