Message Reply API Introduction

With the Message Reply API, you can send messages to the social networks via Engage. By combining it with the Engage API, you can receive and reply to messages using your external tool. Social Media Management’s Message Reply API is an ideal solution for organizations that want to combine their social media support/community management with their omni-channel tool. The API allows you to respond to the social messages with your own custom solutions.


Message Reply API endpoint

There is one endpoint available in the Message reply API: the Message Reply endpoint. 

Running this endpoint will allow you to reply to posts, comments, and direct messages (DMs) on any conversation. You can reply with text.
