Pinterest (Content-level Metrics)
Pinterest is now integrated into Brandwatch Social Media Management, enabling you to create and post your Pins through Publish, and track their performance in Measure.
- Analyze organic and promoted Pins with content level metrics supported in Content performance and Label performance widgets
- A new dashboard template dedicated to Pinterest
- Pinterest specific metrics including; Pin clicks, Pin click rate and Save rate

Text Widget
You can now add a text widget to your Measure dashboards. The text widget supports main text configurations such as edit of font size and style, add bullet points, links, and images. You can also change the text widget’s background to white, or grey, depending on how you’d prefer it to look like in your dashboard/reports. To resize, simply drag the edges of the widget. The text widget is also perfectly supported in PDFs and public links.
✓ This simple, yet powerful feature allows you to customize your reports and explain, clarify and give context to your data, making it an indispensable feature for powering up your data storytelling and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Generational Social Panels
Segment your queries by demographic generations in your Saved Search dashboards. In the filters section, you will find a new Social Panel filter enabling you to include or exclude generations i.e. Baby Boomers (EN), Gen X (EN), Gen Y / Millennials (EN), Gen Z |(EN) in your analysis.
✓ With insights into unique trends, conversation topics and preferences of each generation, you will be able to do more targeted research. Having these at hand, you will be better able to create content and marketing campaigns that align and resonate with specific age groups.

Benchmark
Custom Engagement Score
Admins can now customize the Engagement formulas in the Brand Insights dashboard, by assigning weighting to the metrics that make up the formula for each supported network (Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube). The customized formulas will be reflected in all widgets across Benchmark, besides the Content feed.
Custom formulas are set on an Org level, meaning all users within an Org will see the same formula, ensuring consistent reporting across the organization.
✓ Obtain a more relevant measure of Engagement for your brand as well as competitor brands and align engagement metrics more closely with your network-specific goals and KPIs.

Schedule PowerPoint Reports
You can now schedule PowerPoint reports to be generated and sent by email on a regular cadence to your colleagues with access to Benchmark, as well as external stakeholders. You can schedule these to arrive weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly.
Same as for PPT exports, the reports can be scheduled for up to 6 brands at a time, and it will be available as a direct download in the email via link which will be valid for 30 days after the report is generated. Find and manage your scheduled reports in the new sidebar section “Manage reports”.
✓ Scheduled reports save you time and enable you to effortlessly ensure both internal and external stakeholders stay up-to-date.
