Benchmark
Navigation Upgrades
What is it?
Benchmark’s local navigation has been updated to make it easier to move between Content feed, Outliers, and Analysis. Brand Overview and Content Analysis now have simpler navigation items, while Outliers has its own dedicated menu item. You can also switch between Content Feed, Outliers, and Analysis directly from the dashboard, with the navigation updating automatically to match your selection.
Why it matters:
A simpler navigation structure makes it easier to find and switch between different ways of analysing your content, while laying the foundation for upcoming Campaign detection and Segments capabilities.
Engage
Easier navigation for filtered matches
What is it?
Filtered matches in Engage have been updated with a refreshed design and improved navigation, making it easier to stay focused when moderating messages. Filtered match messages now use the same styling as feed items, while the Filtered matches, Profile, and Case tabs have been repositioned within the side panel for easier access.
You can also quickly return to your original filters after applying new ones. When you open a profile or case from a filtered match, you’ll now return to the same message when you navigate back, rather than having to find your place again.
Why it matters:
Spend less time navigating between messages and tabs, so you can move through moderation tasks faster and keep your place when reviewing filtered matches.
