Measure
New Meta Paid/Organic Reporting Model (Beta)
We’ve introduced a new Meta Reporting Model in Measure that unifies Facebook and Instagram organic, promoted, and paid performance into a single post view. This upgrade simplifies reporting and significantly improves Meta analytics in Brandwatch Measure.
Key improvements:
One post = one source of truth: Organic and paid metrics are combined into a single post view, eliminating duplicate and fragmented data. Posts are clearly labeled as Organic, Promoted (boosted), or Ad.
Accurate paid attribution: Paid metrics are tied directly to the correct post or ad source, ensuring impressions, reach, and engagement are attributed accurately.
Clear platform separation: Facebook and Instagram performance is reported independently, providing a more accurate view of performance on each platform.
Reliable data: Paid metrics are sourced directly from Meta’s Marketing API, improving consistency and removing legacy paid metrics from the Graph/Insights API to prevent duplication.

Social Media Management
Expanded Language Support (Beta)
Brandwatch Social Media Management now supports Spanish, French and German in open beta. Easily navigate the platform in your preferred language across modules including Home page, Engage, Measure, Advertise, Benchmark, and Settings. Translation of Publish is expected for release in Q3
You can find the Language Settings by navigating to Settings -> Organization admin -> My Profile.
This is an open beta, therefore some translations or inconsistencies may still need sone refinement. If you encounter any inconsistencies, please share your feedback using this form.
✔️ Expanded language support in our interface enables global teams to use our tools to manage their social media channels in their native language.

Engage
Filter out Non-Actionable Content
This update encompasses Feed filters, Automations for Instagram story mentions and Automated messages:
Feed Filters
We have added more filters to feeds to filter in/out unactionable content like emojis, text, hashtags, @mentions and Instagram story mentions. This way, you can easily exclude non-actionable content out of your feed, or create a feed dedicated specifically to this type of content to manage it in bulk.
Please note: The include/exclude filter for messages that only contain @mentions or hashtags will only work for new incoming messages for Facebook and LinkedIn and does not work for historical data.
Automations for Instagram Story Mentions
You can also now select Instagram story mentions as a condition when creating an Automation rule to automatically perform one of the supported actions for example “mark as read”.
Automated Messages
Welcome and away messages will no longer be triggered for Instagram story mentions. However, they will still be triggered for story reactions and replies as these might contain actionable content.
Faster Loading of Messages
We've improved the loading time of messages in Detail view, enhancing your user experience in Engage. Faster loading times mean that you can view and action messages even faster.
✔️ Efficiency is key in Engage, and faster loading helps you monitor and engage with your communities more effectively.
