The Profile details page in Social Media Management allows you to adjust your account to your preference, including:
Changing your name or email address
Changing your system language
Changing your format preferences (e.g. Time format, starting day of the week, number format).
You can access the Profile details menu by selecting Manage profile (your profile icon) in the lower-left corner of Social Media Management, then Profile details.
Changing your name or email address
You can edit your first and last name and email address that displays in Social Media Management.
In the lower-left corner of Social Media Management, click on the Manage profile icon and select Profile details.
Under your personal information, edit your first name, last name, and/or email address to your preference, then click Update profile. You will see confirmation of your change saved in the platform.
Changing your system language (Open beta)
You can select your default system language to be either English or German.
From the Profile details menu > Language, click the Language dropdown and select your preferred language from the list.
You will see a notification in the top-right corner that your language has been applied, and the platform will reload to display your chosen language.
At any time, select the Reset to default option to the right of the Language dropdown to reset the system language to the default language, English.
Changing your format preferences
You can also change how you'd like the following elements to be displayed in your view of the platform:
Time format: military or 12-hour format
Week starts on: Sunday or Monday
Number format: e.g. 1,000.00 or 1.000,00
Use the following steps to change your format preferences:
In the lower-left corner of Social Media Management, click on the Manage profile icon and select Profile details.
Choose your settings under Format Preferences.
Click Update Format to save your changes. The page will automatically refresh to apply your preferences.
