Changing your name or email address
You can edit your first and last name and email address that displays in Social Media Management.
In the lower-left corner of Social Media Management, click on the Manage profile icon and select Profile details.
Under your personal information, edit your first name, last name, and/or email address to your preference, then click Update profile. You will see confirmation of your change saved in the platform.
Changing your format preferences
You can also change how you'd like the following elements to be displayed in your view of the platform:
Time format: military or 12-hour format
Week starts on: Sunday or Monday
Number format: e.g. 1,000.00 or 1.000,00
Use the following steps to change your format preferences:
In the lower-left corner of Social Media Management, click on the Manage profile icon and select Profile details.
Choose your settings under Format Preferences.
Click Update Format to save your changes. The page will automatically refresh to apply your preferences.
