It's easy to reset your Social Media Management password if you suspect your account to be compromised.
Changing Your Password
- Log in to the Social Media Management.
- Click your profile image followed by Edit your profile.
- Enter your old password and below that, enter your new password.
- Confirm your new password.
- Select Update password.
Your new password must be at least 8 characters and contain at least two of the following character groups: lowercase, uppercase, number, or symbol.
Apart from a strong password, we highly recommend to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Social Media Management account.
