It's easy to reset your Social Media Management password if you suspect your account to be compromised:
- Log into Social Media Management.
- In the lower-left corner, click the Manage profile icon, then select Profile details.
- Click the Security tab, then enter your old password and desired new password.
Note:
Your new password must be at least 8 characters and contain at least two of the following character groups: lowercase, uppercase, number, or symbol.
- Click Update password to apply your changes.
Tip:
Apart from a strong password, we highly recommend that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your Social Media Management account.
