If you suspect that you’re not receiving Social Media Management emails, we suggest the following troubleshooting steps:
- Go to the spam folder in your email application. If you find our emails there, remove the spam status from them.
- Search your email tool for mail from noreply@brandwatch.com.
- In rare cases, a company firewall can prevent emails from arriving in your inbox. Check with your IT department if that could be the case, and ask if they can greenlight mails coming from noreply@brandwatch.com.
