Resetting your password at login
If you’ve forgotten your account password when logging in, you can easily reset your password by clicking Forgot Password? At the login screen, you will be prompted to enter your account email address and a password reset link will be sent to your email.
Your password must contain the following criteria:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 uppercase character
- At least 1 symbol
Changing your password after login
To change your password when you are logged into the platform, click on the Manage profile icon in Social Media Management’s left-hand navigation sidebar, then select Profile details.
Note:
If you have access to both Consumer Research and Social Media Management, you will be able to edit your profile details for either.
From the Profile details menu, select the Security tab.
Fill out your existing and new password. Your password must contain the following criteria:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 uppercase character
- At least 1 symbol
When ready, click Update Password to complete your password change.
