Trouble logging in? It's a quick and simple process to reset your password in Social Media Management. All you will need is access to the email address associated with your Social Media Management account.
To reset your Social Media Management password, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Social Media Management login page at app.falcon.io.
- Enter your email address followed by Continue.
- Below the password field, click Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address followed by Request Link.
- Look out for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org. In the body of the email, click Reset Password.
- Enter your new password into the password reset fields. Please make sure to check the password requirements.
- Click Update Password.
The link in your password reset email will remain valid for 30 minutes. If 30 minutes have passed, please repeat the steps above.
