Instagram Collaboration Posts & Tag Users in Videos
You can now tag users in Instagram videos and also create Instagram Collaborative Posts. Tag up to 5 collaborators per post. To add a collaborator, you need to first tag a user - then you will see the option to invite them as a collaborator.
On Published posts, you will see the collaborators in a new dedicated section, along with the status of the collaboration invitation.
✓ Instagram Collab posts let two or more accounts share the same post, reaching both audiences. For brands, it boosts visibility, engagement, and credibility by tapping into a partner’s or an influencer's followers.

LinkedIn Document Posts
You can now create LinkedIn document posts directly in Publish, complete with all the usual workflows (Scheduling, approvals etc.). Supported file types include: PDF, PPT, PPTX, DOC, DOCX.
✓ Publishing document posts is LinkedIn’s go-to for organic carousel posts, great for increaseíng both your reach and interactions. You can now manage this format directly within Brandwatch without the need to rely on LinkedIn's native tools.
Please note: Document previews are available only for PDF files and that thumbnails for documents won’t appear in calendar and list views, but the post caption and post type badge will be available.

Improvements to Image Editor
Recently, Publish launched a new image and video editor. After gathering feedback, we’ve released some updates:
- Standard Sizes: We've aligned the size presets to the more widely recommended sizes.
- Custom Resizing & Cropping: You can now resize and crop images to the desired dimensions in a more intuitive way that is closer to what we had in the old photo editor.
- Editing Stocks: The editor is now available not only when creating posts, but also when uploading stocks.
✓ Work more easily with creatives when working in Publish.
Engage
LinkedIn Page Mentions
You can now view and interact with LinkedIn @Page mentions in Engage. This enables you to see the posts in which your brand is mentioned and respond to comments of the post straight from Engage. Additionally, you can @mention LinkedIn members that follow your page, when responding.
✓ This update further centralizes your social media inbox, so you can manage even more message types from one place.
Please note: Page mentions in comments and page tags in post images are not available in Engage due to limitations in the API.

Feed Notifications
With the new Feed notifications, you can choose to receive emails for new activity in individual feeds. By enabling this feature in Engage, you can leverage the elaborate filters for feeds, to customize your email notifications.
✓ This feature enhances you message monitoring by making your email notifications flexible, so you can choose to receive emails exclusively for activity in feeds you monitor. This way you can personalize your emails and keep your email inbox clutter-free.

Feed notifications is replacing current channel notifications service that you find within Administration.

ServiceNow Case Management
With the new integration with ServiceNow, you will be able to create contacts and cases from private and public conversations on Engage and send those to ServiceNow. Once created, contacts and cases will sync in real-time between Engage and ServiceNow, ensuring agents have complete information and conversation history.
✓ If your company uses ServiceNow, this integration will help social media and community managers to better collaborate with the customer service team working in ServiceNow.
Please note: This integration can be activated by the admin in SMM settings, and it is available to all SMM clients with Pro and Premium packages at no extra cost.

Salesforce Sales Cloud Lead Management
With the new integration with Salesforce, you can capture social profiles from Engage public and private conversations and send those to Salesforce Sales Cloud as "leads". What’s more, will be able to set up your Salesforce custom fields in the integration's settings and see additional details on the leads from Salesforce
If you also have activated the integration with Salesforce Service Cloud to send cases over when creating a contact, you will have the chance to choose which type of contact to create: a contact for Service Cloud or a lead for Sales Cloud.
✓ Pass on marketing leads from social over to your sales team using Salesforce - so they can properly follow up and nurture them.

YouTube Content Metrics
Earlier this year we released YouTube channel level metrics, along with a dashboard template dedicated to YouTube. By releasing content level metrics, we have finalized out integration with YouTube, enabling you to analyze and report on both channel and video performance. Use the widgets filter to split between analyzing your Shorts or longform video. The new metrics are supported in the content and label performance widget, and you can start analyzing the new metrics right away in the updated YouTube dashboard template.
✓ Effortlessly understand what YouTube content resonates with your audience and optimize your YouTube content strategy with comprehensive insights into your video performance. Leverage AI powered post insights feature to quickly understand how your video performs against your other videos or get in-depth sentiment analysis of your comments.
Please note: Due to a delay in the YouTube API’s data processing, there will be a 36 to 72-hour lag before the most recent data appears in your Measure dashboards.

Influence Integration (Beta)
Get a full overview of your campaigns performance in the new Influencer performance dashboard. Easily track key KPIs, identify your top-performing collaborations, and gather insights to inspire future campaigns for even greater results.
✓ This feature centralizes more of your reporting, allowing you to effortlessly track and manage your reports on organic, paid and influencer sponsored initiatives—all within Measure!
Please note: This feature is currently in beta and available to all SMM Admins who have access to both Influence Campaigns and SMM. Furthermore, the dashboard is a view only, and it is not possible to edit the metrics within the widget.

Listen
Dashboard Customization
You can now pin/unpin and hide/unhide your widgets in Listen, enabling you to customize dashboards for a cleaner view.
- Pin: pinning a widget will move it to the top, and “lock it in place”.
- Hide: hiding a widget will collapse the widget and move it to the bottom of the dashboard.
✓ Customizing your dashboard will make your important metrics stand out, so you can focus on that what matters most to you, thereby improving your analysis and workflow in Listen.

Widget 1-liners and Updates to Dashboards, Team Access, and API
We introduced the widget 1-line Insights as well as updates to various sections and workflows within Benchmark.
- Widget 1-Line Insights: Introduced 1-Line Insights for widgets in the Brand Insights Dashboard. These smart summaries help you quickly interpret the data by highlighting key performers and values, giving you faster, more actionable insights.
- Total Fans Widget: A new Total Fans widgets have been added to Single Brand Analysis view displaying your total fan count at a glance for a single brand.
- Reorganised Engagement Widgets: We’ve simplified the engagement widgets with a Total/Average toggle and reduced them from 6 to 5, creating a more consistent layout with other sections.
- Team Access for Non-Admin Roles : Non-admin team members can now select teams in Benchmark, improving collaboration and delegation within their organizations.
- Benchmark API changes to some of the end points

Influence
Compare Influencers in Discover
You can now compare up to 4 influencers in Discover to benchmark and decide who's the best creator to partner with. This comparison is shown in a table format and you can add influencers to the comparison from both Reports page and Search list page by using the new scale icon.
This first version allows users to compare influencer profiles per network, so Instagram profiles can only be compared with Instagram profiles and the same goes for YouTube and TikTok.
✓ This feature will concretely help you to vet influencers by easily comparing their performance and audiences.

More Advanced TikTok Metrics in Campaigns
Influence Campaigns just got an upgrade with a few more advanced TikTok metrics, giving you an even more detailed view of influencer post performance.
Among other metrics, you can now find:
- Engagement Rate Benchmark - Instantly see how a creator’s engagement stacks up against other similar creators
- Most Popular Country & State Distribution
- Audience Interest Distribution
- Organic Video Views vs Paid Video Views
Some of these metrics aren’t just at the post level, we’ve included them in the campaign-level reporting too: In the Total Video Views tab, you’ll now find detailed insights like organic, paid, and average video views for TikTok and In the Total Watch Time tab, you simply select TikTok as the network to access total play time data.
✓ These new insights empower you to make smarter, data-driven decisions and maximize the impact of your TikTok campaigns.
