Exporting Benchmark Dashboards

In Benchmark, you can choose to export your Brand Insights and Content Analysis Dashboards in a PDF format, allowing you to share your findings with any stakeholders that do not have access to Social Media Management. In this article, find out how to optimize your export for each compatible browser.


Exporting Benchmark Dashboards as a PDF File

To get started, please follow the steps below:

  1. In Benchmark, from the menu on the left, click either Brand Insights or Content Analysis.
  2. If applicable, click Edit to include/exclude brands and networks.
  3. From the top right, click Export.mceclip2.png
  4. Click Preview PDF.mceclip1.png

Once you select PDF, your browser’s Print dialogue will open. You will see the print preview of your export along with options for customizing the display and print destination. Next, check the following:

  • Make sure that PDF is marked as your chosen destination.
  • The browser's default margin settings are chosen
  • No custom scaling has been applied.
