Hiding Comments and Replies in Engage

There may be times when you need to hide or delete a comment or reply in your Engage post threads. Currently, hiding and deleting comments is supported for Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Threads owned posts in Engage. Deleting comments is also supported for LinkedIn, although hiding comments is not.

Tip:

If desired, you can select multiple message checkboxes and perform the Hide action in bulk on all of them at once. You may use the Shift key on your keyboard to select a range of messages easily.

Note:

Comments and replies that are hidden in Social Media Management will still remain visible to the sender and their friends on the native network.

Warning:

Please be aware that TikTok comments may be hidden automatically and not visible in Engage if the content of the comment doesn't meet their community standards or if it gets removed for a violation. For more information, please visit TikTok's Advertising Policies.
