Hiding Comments and Replies in Engage

There may be times when you need to hide or delete a comment or reply in your Engage post threads. Currently, hiding and deleting comments is supported for Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok post threads in Engage. Deleting comments is also supported for LinkedIn, although hiding comments is not.

Tip:

If desired, you can select multiple message checkboxes and perform the Hide action in bulk on all of them at once. You may use the Shift key on your keyboard to select a range of messages easily.

Note:

Comments and replies that are hidden in Social Media Management will still remain visible to the sender and their friends on the native network.
