Product Updates I September 2025

Have a look at the latest product updates we released in September 2025.

Measure: Engage Sentiment Reports

What is it?

We’ve introduced a completely new source of data in Measure - Engage messages. You can choose a templated dashboard, representing Incoming Message Volume and Sentiment analysis in three sections; or configure one that would work best for your reporting needs.

Why?

Without reporting on your actions in Engage, you are basically measuring what you say, but not what people say back to you. The Engage Sentiment reports create a two-way of social media performance. This feature not only allows for more varied data and deeper analysis in dashboards but also allows you to connect and get the full picture of your social media engagement.

Engage: Detailed view

What is it?

Engage is rolling out a brand-new way to view, handle, and navigate public and private conversations! When you click on a conversation in your feed, you’ll notice:

✅ No more “All”, “Unread” or “Assigned to me” tabs – all 1st-level comments will appear under the post, and replies can be expanded.
✅ New "Filtered Matches" tab in the sidebar – displays messages matching the feed’s filters:

  • Mark messages as read or like (if supported) directly from the sidebar
  • Click to reply or view messages in full context in the center view
  • Private conversations default to the audience profile tab
  • Switch filters in the sidebar (doesn’t affect feed filter)
  • Sort messages by newest or oldest
  • Bulk actions available from both the center part and sidebar
  • 3rd-level comment support for Facebook

Why?

This update allows for easier navigation in Engage, helping you to view, handle, and categorize conversations more efficiently.

Listen: 13 months of data sampled at 5% for Quick search

What is it?

When doing a quick search in Listen, you are now able to look at 13 months of historical data instead of only 30 days.

Why?

We want to help you change the depth and value of the insights you can extract. Instead of just seeing what happened in the last 30 days, you can now track seasonality, trends and long-term shifts in conversations, sentiment, or engagement that happened in the last 13 months.

Influence: Shares and saves in discover

What is it?

In Discover reports, you can now see average shares for the last 30 days on Instagram, as well as average shares and saves for TikTok over the same period.  These metrics can be found in the “Performance tab” of Discover reports for TikTok and Instagram.

Why?

Shares and saves are key indicators of how engaging and valuable content is to an audience. With these metrics now available in Discover, you can benchmark influencers more effectively and identify those who consistently create high-performing, impactful content.
