What is it?
We’ve improved how advanced Facebook location targeting is displayed when using saved audiences on ad sets. Saved audiences with custom location targeting can now be used when configuring ad sets.
Why?
This update ensures a smoother, clearer experience when working with complex location targeting from Meta.
Listen: Bluesky
What is it?
Bluesky is now fully integrated into Listen, offering access to all public posts and replies - around 8 million mentions per day in near real time. With rich metadata and engagement metrics, you can analyze sentiment, track emerging conversations, and better understand audiences on one of the fastest-growing platforms.

This addition expands your social listening coverage and ensures you're capturing insights into conversations and audience behavior on Bluesky.

Listen: Report sharing
What is it?
You can now share Listen dashboards with both internal and external stakeholders using a password-protected URL—no login required. The shared dashboard reflects a snapshot of the data at the time of creation, and you can update the report while keeping the same link. You can also add contextual notes to guide your recipients and provide additional insights.
Why?
Share insights easily with a secure, password-protected link, no Listen login required. Reports are designed to ensure everyone sees the same data, while notes add helpful context. Ideal for sharing with clients, execs, or teams outside your Listen workspace.

What is it?
With Iris AI, you can now translate your post copy, audience comments, and ad descriptions to over 50 languages. Available in the Iris assistant on Publish post descriptions, Engage comments, and Advertise ad descriptions.

Integrations: Brandwatch App in Salesforce App Exchange
What is it?
Brandwatch offers an integration with Service Cloud, enabling users to reply to social media messages directly from Salesforce. While this integration can be installed manually, soon it will be possible to download the Brandwatch app directly from the AppExchange store.
Why?
Easily integrate Engage with Salesforce, and make sure your customer support teams can address any inquiries coming from social.
Measure: Filter for TikTok promoted posts
What is it?
In Measure, we now support Promotion status filtering for TikTok posts, allowing you to easily separate organic and paid content.
- Promoted TikTok posts will now have a "Promoted" badge in Measure
- Both Content Performance and Label Performance widget have now Promotion filter available for TikTok content
Why?
With this release we’ve made it even easier for you to easily set up dashboards for organic and paid TikTok content independently.

Measure: Smarter visibility filtering
What is it?
In Measure, we have updated the Visibility filter to give you more precise control over which posts appear in your widgets.
What's changed:
- Posts with no exposure (zero impressions or views) are now hidden by default across all widgets.
- A new "No exposure filter" lets you view these posts if needed (usually unpublished or duplicate content).
We’ve updated these filter options:
- Timeline — Posts visible in the public page feed
- Dark — Hidden posts (used in paid/targeted campaigns)
- No Exposure — Posts with no impressions or views
- Default — By default, Measure now shows only posts with exposure (at least one impression or view), whether dark or timeline.
Why?
These filter updates improve your reporting by enabling you to exclude irrelevant posts from your analysis.

SMM: Improved channel disconnection email notifications
What is it?
We’ve improved our email notifications to better support you in getting your channels up and running after channel disconnections. This improvement works for all supported channels and networks.
Influence: Favorite or reject influencers in Discover
What is it?
You can now mark influencers as favorite or rejected in Discover. You’ll now see Favorite and Reject actions directly in influencer reports. Once you select either action, it will be visible in future influencer reports, giving you the flexibility and visibility to make key decisions.
Why?
- This feature update allows you to prevent duplicated efforts, streamlining your analysis of potential influencers for your campaigns.
- This update also allows for better team collaboration, allowing wider team visibility of already evaluated influencers, all at a glance.

Influence: Instagram metric changes in CRM and Campaigns
What is it?
Instagram has deprecated the “Impressions” metric and introduced “Views.” To simplify and improve clarity, we’re now using “Views” as the main Instagram metric for awareness performance across IG Influence in CRM and Campaigns. Instagram has also deprecated other metrics, see below all the changes:
