Creating Measure Widgets

Measure's dashboard templates come preassembled with a variety of widgets, so it's not always necessary to create your own. However, you can still add any widget to any dashboard by following the steps below:

  1. While viewing a dashboard, click on the three dots icon in the top right of the page and select Edit.

  2. Click the Add Widget button at the top of the dashboard. This opens a popup window.

    Note:

You can also click Add Text/Images to add your own custom design elements.

  3. Select either channel metrics or content metrics to view the supported widgets for each metric type.
  4. Select a widget type.

  5. Select which metrics to include in your widget. You can filter metrics by network, search for metrics manually, and select between the total and average value of each metric. Content widgets will have additional options to filter metrics by post type.

  6. Give your widget a name, then click Create Widget. This closes the popup window and returns you to the dashboard, where you can now view your new widget.
