Iris AI features - integrations with ChatGPT

Iris Writing Assistant in Engage, Publish and Advertise (closed beta)

Whether you are drafting the caption for a social post/ad, or are preparing the reply to a customer’s message, you will be able to use the Iris writing assistant to tweak and improve your text. Once you write your draft, click on Iris and look at the options you can use to improve your text - play around with different versions and then find the one that fits best. Learn more about the feature in our dedicated Help Center article.

The feature is currently part of a closed beta, therefore it is not available automatically to all clients - if you wish to get access please contact your customer success manager.

Benchmark: Iris Content Insights (closed beta)

Iris content insights utilizes chatGPT technology to summarise your competitors’ post in seconds, helping you save time and gain invaluable insights. Learn more about the feature in our dedicated Help Center article.

Brandwatch suite

New sidebar menu across Brandwatch solutions

Explore the brand new sidebar menu across the Brandwatch suite! The new menu will help you better navigate to our products via a modern app switcher and find help, support and settings. This is part of a larger project aimed at providing a unified look and feel across Brandwatch products.

Publish

Coming soon: Instagram Stories

The API to publish instagram Stories was made available from Meta in May. We are working to build the feature in Brandwatch, enabling you to schedule and publish Stories directly from our platform.

TikTok videos length update

You can now upload and publish videos up to 10 minutes long - while the limit up until now was 60 seconds. Longer videos are gaining popularity on TikTok so this update can be quite useful for your current or future TikTok strategy.


Measure

LinkedIn polls and documents

You can now analyze the performance of hugely popular LinkedIn post types: Polls and Documents. You can find these new formats in Content and Label Performance widgets and you can filter for them using "post type". Analyzing polls can help you understand better your audience's opinion while Documents posts can provide insights into what type of content your audience finds valuable. All this will help you optimize your LinkedIn content strategy even more.

Benchmark Beta

Advanced search options

We introduced advanced search options in the search bar in Content Analysis dashboards that enable you to easily find the specific content from the Content Feed. These new search operators support multiple hashtags, keywords, phrases, helping you to analyze the competitors’ content faster.

Simply type your search term or phrase into the search bar and choose the appropriate search operator to refine your search. You can use Match All to find content that includes all of your search terms, Match Any to find content that includes any of your search terms, or Exclude All to exclude content that includes certain terms.

Word Cloud Widget

We introduced a word cloud visualization in the Content Analysis dashboard, that visualizes the most popular words (later will include hashtags), that come from the posts in the Content Feed. The widget presents around 25 words, helping you to quickly identify trends and patterns from your competitors' posts, that you can use to inform your content strategy.

Advertise

Auto-delete ads when their duration ends

When setting up ads in Advertise and Publish, you can now define what will happen to your ad once they reach their custom duration: if the ad should be automatically deleted or not. The ability to automatically delete ads is key for you if you create Facebook ads on daily bases in the same ad sets, as 1 FB ad set can have a maximum of 50 ads in it (meaning that before you had to manually delete ads in order to create new ones).
